The Fitness Vault has completely changed my life. Mike, Jo, and the entire training team are outstanding. Because of their coaching, I have learned how to properly weight train, eat healthy, and stay consistent in a way that actually works. Their knowledge, encouragement, and accountability helped me transform my body and mindset. I have gained muscle, increased strength. They have helped me to fine tune my journey from 250 pounds down to 160 pounds. This was not just a workout plan. It was a true fitness journey with trainers who genuinely care about your progress. If you are looking for a gym with trainers who are professional, motivating, and invested in your success, I cannot recommend The Fitness Vault enough. Life changing experience.

I’m so glad I found this place. I had previously went to LA fitness and was fed up with the busy floors, gross bathrooms, and dormant environment. Not only is the equipment top notch, never any wait for machines, very well kept and super clean. Plus an awesome aesthetic which is enjoyable to work out in. *** plus Micheal and Jo - the husband and wifi founders are rockstar trainers and incredible people.

I love this gym ,have all the equipment for my workouts and what I love the most is that is private and doesn’t get crazy, you can do your workout at your time. It’s 24/7 so no excuses Is always clean, and have a good community The owners are so sweet plus they know a lot ,if you want to have 1:1 and achieve your goals You can shower here too, 100% recommend

I have worked with Mike off and on for 10 years. I am currently with Jonelle since July 2025. They are the greatest team to work with. They get results. The Vault is an awesome place to workout. State of the art equipment. If you're looking for a great place with great trainers, then the Vault is the place.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym. It’s a privately owned facility that truly stands out for how clean, safe, and well-maintained it is. Having 24-hour access makes it incredibly convenient, no matter what your schedule looks like. The atmosphere is welcoming and never intimidating, which makes a huge difference—especially if you’re just starting out or getting back into fitness. A big reason I’ve made so much progress is because of my trainers, Jo and her husband, Michael. I’ve trained with both of them, and they have each helped me get stronger and more confident. They’re knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about your goals. Michael is just as great to work with and brings the same level of professionalism and encouragement. If you’re unsure where to start on your journey to getting healthier, this is absolutely the place to go. I’m so grateful to have found this gym and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, motivating environment.
