I’m a 38-year-old mom of six, and I started my fitness journey here in February. Since then, I’ve lost 20 pounds and can truly see my body changing. I feel stronger, more confident, and just overall amazing! The gym is always clean, and the environment is very welcoming. Everyone is friendly and supportive, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent. Ivan, the owner, is incredible. He has so much knowledge, energy, and charisma. He makes you feel comfortable and like family, but also pushes you and holds you accountable, which is exactly what you need to see real results. Highly recommend!

Came to visit Phoenix and found one of our favorite gyms we have been to. The owner was so kind and welcoming. Equipment solid. Cleanest gym I have ever encountered. I could not say more good things! Highly highly recommend if you are visiting or for a home gym. We will be back :)

This gym is fantastic as an elderly woman I didn’t think I had what it took to work out. Ivan took me one on one and worked every area I needed to improve my walking. He worked with me with care and understanding. He is very knowledgeable and sincere!! He wants everyone young and old to meet said Goals. Thank you Muscletopia USA for a life changing experience. I called in to inquire, and got to speak with Ivan. Instantly, I knew through Ivan’s humor and openness that the gym culture would be great! When I arrived, I was given a tour. I definitely enjoyed the humor and friendliness of the staff. And there were so many motivational phrases and quotes on the walls. And I had a great workout! I was able to do plenty of workouts for my shoulder and leg day. Definitely coming back!

You just don’t find gyms like this. I’m a traveling sales guy so I try gyms everywhere and this one is super special. Ivan was amazing and showed me how important it was to their gym culture to make the space clean, inviting, and serious. These guys/gals are so amazing. If you’re looking for your home gym, this should be your first stop. If you’re from out of town, give them a call and come experience the best PHX has to offer. If I could give them 6 stars I would!
