Just wanted to leave a well deserved review. I seen something I dont ever see. I had to ask his name. His name was Jim he was cleaning the sauna area with a smile and was pleasant beyond belief and welcoming. I been coming here for years and ive never experienced such a great attitude from an employee cleaning. People like this deserve to be recognized for the great jobs they do in the shadows. Thank you Jim for being great I see why you are a manager which I learned when i asked for his name to leave a review for him. Jim its people like u that make this world great and I hope someone important see your effort to make our gym experience great. This means something to me no matter how simple it may seem to others. Good job Jim it was a pleasure meeting you the other night.

My gym sessions usually start in the morning and the closest one is the Oracle location, every time I come in DONYA is always the first one to greet and seems like she’s always happy to be there. She’s always so welcoming and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Anytime there’s been an issue of any sort she does her absolute best to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Being in sales and in customer service she does a fantastic job keep it up.

I went yesterday for the first time. The people there were helpful and got me set up with a one week trial. I swam and used the water jet massaging chairs after. Great experience not crowded (2-3pm). Pool only has 3 lanes, but there is a hottub, sauna, and steam room to compliment it.

Update: Great staff and instructors! Clean equipment! Plenty of options for where and how to workout, and how to recover. Can't beat the price for the experience. Some members need to learn gym etiquette. Maybe do a front desk etiquette question for points, e.g. Have a list of etiquette questions, and ask one to each member daily (members ask for the etiquette question) and the next day post the question and answer on the front board / social media 😀 Update: My membership allows me to go to any Chuze. Love love love the recovery areas. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Can always find space to workout. Appreciate the attention to wiping down equipment after use. Love the options, e.g. outdoor space, Cinema, traditional workout space. Other members are nice enough -- some are clueless, but that is anywhere you go. Original Post: Daisha is helpful and kind! I joined Chuz because of the wonderful Aqua Class offered by Julie. She has changed my life, could barely get through any exercises, until I started with Julie’s class and now I can even do a yoga class, but it’s hard on my knees, I’d love to see a chair yoga class. Julie is helpful and helps you know the proper way to exercise. This Thanksgiving I was grateful for Julie and her class. Chuz you have a Gem in an employee like Julie. Thank you for sharing her with us🙏🏻
