I've enjoyed Chuze Fitness group classes and the facilities that offer the delish nutrition smoothies. The LesMils Body Combat community is really remarkable and one of my main reasons for joining the gym. All the instructors bring their own kind of energy, it's always super fun while at the same time it kicks your butt. Thank you Dania and Jude for this last class experience!! I'm grateful you still offer Cycle classes! And getting Team Training classes replaced any need to attend another Orange Theory session and have to pay those outragous costs. Also, thanks for hiring all the kind staff working behind the front desks!!

I am extremely disappointed with how this location handled my situation. I asked to speak to a manager three different times and was told each time that someone would contact me. No one ever followed up. My time was wasted, and I was repeatedly given false promises. During the incident that led to my membership being canceled, one of the employees behaved aggressively toward me. He told me to “wait outside,” which felt threatening. At the time, I was a minor. I genuinely felt unsafe and uncomfortable. What makes this even more unfair is that my friend, who was involved in the same situation and saying the same things, did not have his membership canceled. I was treated differently, and it felt personal. I expected professionalism and accountability, but instead I experienced intimidation, poor communication, and inconsistent treatment. I hope management takes this seriously.

STAFF IS PHENOMENAL! This location is very often a friendly environment. Staff keeps it very clean, AND the best part—there are so much different machines and equipment to use to get a great workout in!

Great gym but i dont like that it dont have kids club anymore. It takes me out of my way to go to the grant location. Will be cancelling my membership really soon.

Affordable gym with wide variety of equipment and good staff. Mostly good in the afternnon-evening and everyone is chill and respectful. Good crowd here
