Jack Hsu 5 months agoMy first time taking a Lagree class and was blown away how effective this type of workout. Our instructor Joy was great with explaining and correcting posture to ensure every exercise is being done correctly. The low impact exercises were very beneficial since I have a bad knee. Highly recommend anyone to try and take on the challenge.
Derek Sanchez 5 months agoFirst time doing Lagree and it was great. I work out in the gym mostly weight lifting and this was a real change of pace and a great challenge. My legs were shaking almost the whole time. Huge dopamine hit - highly recommend. 10/10 would take the pain again.
Will Teng 4 months agoI walked in thinking I was an athlete and walked out realizing I just had a very optimistic imagination. I was shaking like a Polaroid picture but I just had to accept it and let it burn like Usher (but in the best ways possible). Walked away feeling so accomplished and rewarded. 10/10 would recommend.
Casey Hernandez in the last weekI’ve been coming to pulse for over 5 months and it has honestly CHANGED my life! All the instructors are so helpful and nice, I love taking Annie, Bella, Niya, and Ivette. They are so sweet and motivating. Highly recommend !
