Incredible five star staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been having 24 hour fitness for 17 years ✨ Over time they truly have evolved! Going into 2026 I met some new staff at this location who were incredible! David, Imari, and Nylah! 🥰 David went above and beyond at the front desk to assist me with switching my mom’s account to silver sneakers (prime) and explained it step by step. I appreciated him telling me the hours that he worked just in case there were any issues! He also contacted the manager whose card is attached to ensure our issue was resolved with billing. 👏🏾 Imari is newer to the team but learned his role so quickly and you can tell! So coachable, with a smile and checked in others as David assisted us. He also began convos with other customers and clients and you can tell that made his day! ☺️😅 Nylah is very thorough and listens to understand the customer/ client. I had issues the following day because the wrong card number was issued out and she quickly resolved the problem with a smile. She knows a lot about the POS and the process at 24 hour fitness to also be new! She works nights and truly holds it down 🥹🙌🏾

I’d love to give 5 stars to the employee Ofelia! I was having a really bad day when I walked into the gym, and she completely turned it around. She greeted me with such genuine kindness and a warm smile that instantly made me feel welcome. Ofelia went above and beyond just “checking me in”. she took a moment to be present, patient, and positive. That kind of energy truly makes a difference. The gym is lucky to have someone like her at the front desk because she sets the tone for the whole place.Thank you, Ofelia, for making my day better without even knowing how much I needed it!

I've been a member of this gym for three years, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Unfortunately, the overall quality seems to be declining. We understand the parking challenges due to the new building, and we've adapted, but the cleanliness issues are becoming harder to overlook. I've raised several complaints to the staff about the bathrooms, which are often left with trash, paper towels, and debris. The odor is quite unpleasant. While we appreciate the efforts to keep the space clean, it’s clear that more regular maintenance is needed. If you want us to help maintain cleanliness, please ensure that cleaning supplies are consistently available, not just once a week. Additionally, I've noticed an imbalance in staffing—there seem to be more trainers than support staff. While trainers are valuable, it's crucial to maintain the facility properly. Trash pickup has become infrequent, leading to pest issues, including ants and bugs in the upstairs training area. This situation has persisted for too long. I shouldn’t have to travel to gyms in Lakewood or Bellflower just to find a clean environment. Please take these concerns seriously and improve the situation. We want to support our local gym, but it needs to do better.

OMG!! I've GOT TO submit this review!! I hardly do..but this calls for it. .Went to 24 the other day..wasn't really feeling it & had to really push myself..I walked in & made a comment about it to one of the employees ( Ofelia ) and she really made an honest effort to change my gloom into GO mode!! So sweet & helpful!! I really hope someone reads this!! It makes the trip worth it!! Thank you Ofelia!! 😊

The cleanliness of the gym when employe Britti be on shift is absolutely great! She cleans the gym to perfection, that it made me feel as if I was at a 5 star gym, so I appreciate her professionalism of keeping the gym clean! Salute!
