Beautiful gym with great facilities. I was excited to try it out, but my first impression of the customer service wasn’t very welcoming. The interaction with Angy at the front desk felt unprofessional while I was asking questions about the equipment. The gym itself looks great, but I hope the staff experience improves because that really affects the overall visit. I come in to relax and workout not overhear drama.

Place is clean and packed with a lot of machines. Staff is friendly and very inviting especially Fernando and Keirstyn. The only thing about the gym I personally don’t like is the layout. It gets busy and there isn’t much space where you can wait for the machine to free up without feeling like you’re in somebodies way
