Disgusting smelly bathrooms, urine everywhere every time I'm in there. Also don't let those strange purple machines with the black things attached to cables that have chairs on them for you, clearly they're simply about 75 iPhone gaming devices. takes me double my normal workout time because of all the people just playing on iPhones as if they don't get enough time at home to do it. BTW after telling management all of this when solicited for a review they claimed that everything was great and they regularly fix all the things I've mentioned. They define regularly as once per decade. Avoid it all costs. Update, super popular, looks like 20 of 20 iPhone gaming machines are fully occupied, I can't get on there to play Spider solitaire to save my life. Been waiting nearly an hour…

My favorite planet fitness! Joined a PF that’s 6 min away from where I live but I’d rather make the drive here. Vibe is great and the workers are super friendly. 10/10

Rodney was amazing, called ahead cause I’m in town for 2 weeks, asked a few questions about singing up, and boom I’m here. Ver knowledgeable and kind! Give my boy a raise.

Thank you for the response, but the reason I am leaving this review is because I already spoke to the manager, and she was the opposite of helpful. She was mean, showed zero sympathy for the fact that my identity and cards were stolen, and was rushing me the entire time just so she could leave for the day. ​Suggesting I follow up with the same person who dismissed me is not a solution. I have a police report, and if the club is serious about cooperating, you should review your security footage and provide it to the officers involved rather than asking me to speak again with an unsupportive manager.

I like that I get to work out without being interrupted by others who want the machine. There's enough machines and workout weights for everyone. My wife and I get to workout together and enjoy getting healthy.
