I’ve been searching for a new gym in West Hollywood and ended up finding this absolute hidden gem. Walking into a new gym can often feel intimidating or disorienting, but that wasn’t the case here at all—I was immediately welcomed by the owner, Rocco. His warm, accommodating demeanor instantly put me at ease and made a lasting impression. What truly sets this place apart is the energy. Rocco’s enthusiasm is infectious, and it’s clear that this positive vibe carries through the entire staff and even the clientele. It creates an environment that feels both motivating and genuinely welcoming. I initially came to try the pneumatic machines, but I was blown away by the thoughtfully curated selection of unique equipment throughout the space. Everything feels intentional and high-quality, and the staff were always nearby and happy to answer questions. The aesthetic also deserves a mention—it’s beautifully designed. The dark plaster walls, black ceilings, and concrete floors create a sleek, modern backdrop that makes the lighting, mirrors, and artwork really stand out. It genuinely elevates the overall experience and even boosted my mood during the workout. Highly recommend checking this place out—don’t miss the massage chair and red light therapy tables. They’re the perfect finishing touch.

I’ve been absolutely loving this private luxury gym I’ve been going to. The atmosphere is elegant, and incredibly well-maintained — it truly feels like a premium experience from the moment you walk in. What sets it apart is the exclusivity and attention to detail. The equipment is top-tier, modern, and always in perfect condition, making every workout feel elevated and efficient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more refined and private fitness environment. It’s also a perfect option for international visitors who need a temporary place to work out while staying in the city. I had an amazing time training at The Lab. The facility is top-tier; they have an impressive variety of high-end equipment that you just don't see at your average gym. Beyond the gear, the decor 😍😍😍😍 and layout are incredibly sleek and well-thought-out— it creates a professional, motivating atmosphere the second you walk in. What really sets them apart, though, is the staff. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your experience. Everything you need for a high-quality workout is right here. I’ll definitely be back and truly recommend it 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

The Lab is a killer facility! I just moved to WeHo/LA, and this is by far one of the best gyms in the area. They have all the essentials (and even more with their pneumatic machines) you need to have an incredible work out whether you’re lifting or doing cardio. The lighting, music, and vibes you get from a private/boutique gym like this is hard to compare to. The owner Rocco and the rest of the staff are super qualified and personable, and the community in general seems tight-knit. Excited to call this place my gym!

This gym is truly a vibe! The moment I walked in we were greeted by the super friendly Rocco and felt welcomed from the start. The equipment is next-level and love the set up as it’s easy to get from machine to machine. Also loved the aesthetic and was a fan of the entire experience from beginning to end! Staff is very friendly and I could clearly tell their guests are super happy with the trainers. If you’re in LA, definitely check out The Lab! Can’t wait to be back!
