Go for a workout and stay away from the bathroom. Let nobody tell you that this is a clean gym. These guys are just waiting to go out of business. UPDATE for 3/28/26, this spot is terrible for cleanliness. You go to other gyms and there is someone cleaning up. This the gym users respect the space and put weights back, don’t litter, etc. here you get a nasty space and broke down equipment with weights scattered around. The corporate response is not surprising but we are not buying that drag. They really lost me after my membership dries out in April. Peace out.

This 24-hour Fitness location is near my home, is affordable to keep my trips to the gym consistent and has several (not all) of the friendliest, most hardworking staff I’ve met at any gym. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of keeping some patrons’ use of the space respectful of rules or other patrons. Unfortunately, it seems clear that, despite persistent efforts of gym staff, bathrooms are often not clean (which can include feces on the floor) and garbage left on the floor. Additionally, some patrons have had a disregard for rules, monopolize equipment and/or play music loudly on their personal, portable speakers. If a patron wants basic equipment at an affordable cost, then this is good enough. However, if you’re looking for something more refined, then it’s best to look elsewhere.

Overall, I’ve had a positive experience at 24 Hour Fitness. The staff is professional, the gym environment is motivating, and the equipment is generally well maintained. One issue I hope management addresses is that some of the water faucets in the showers and near the jacuzzi have been broken for months. Fixing those would really improve the experience for members. Other than that, I appreciate the work the team does to keep the gym running smoothly.

I’m so happy to have found Nadine’s slow, strategic yoga class at 24 Hour Fitness. Her instruction is thoughtful, intentional, and focused on proper alignment and movement. The slower pace allows me to build strength, improve flexibility, and stay connected to my fitness goals without feeling rushed. Each class leaves me feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed. Nadine creates a welcoming environment for all fitness levels and encourages mindful movement throughout the practice. I look forward to every class and appreciate the positive impact it is having on my overall health and wellness. Thank you, Nadine, for helping me stay aligned with my fitness goals!

I’ve been going to this gym for over 10 years. One of the best employees I encounter is Brandon! He’s polite and greets with a smile! The gym had its up and downs but if management higher more employees like Brandon , it will surely be a premier 24hr fitness!
