A lot to like about this place. Big thing: a REAL squat rack! This is the main reason why I’m switching gym memberships to Fitness 19. However this place is HOT as in HUMID and poor circulation. I run hot and this place runs even hotter. The ceiling fans are kind wimpy and when it’s busy it’s like a sauna in here. I brace myself when I enter the building lol. If there was a way to get some fresh air in here or fans that were more impactful I would never leave this place. But to avoid heat stroke, I try to wrap up my workout quick and leave 😅 Edit: I noticed there was buckets placed randomly around the gym. Maybe there was a leak? And maybe that’s why it was so hot when I visited. Hopefully this is resolved by my next visit. If so, I’ll update this review!

Very disappointing. I arrived at the gym at 5:00 AM, and it was closed even though the posted hours state it opens at 5:00 AM. Many people plan their mornings around getting a workout in before work or other responsibilities. It’s frustrating to show up and find the gym closed, especially when members are paying for the service. If the gym is not able to consistently open at 5:00 AM, then the posted hours should be updated to reflect the actual operating hours. Members deserve accurate information so they can plan their schedules accordingly.

Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the gym not opening on time on multiple occasions just this year its self. As a paying member, I rely on the posted operating hours to plan my schedule, especially prior to a work day and/or other daily responsibilities. Recently (including today 5/10/26), there have been delays in opening the facility, which has caused inconvenience and disrupted my routine. Members should be able to depend on the gym being accessible at the advertised time without unnecessary delays. I respectfully ask that management address this issue and ensure staff are prepared to open the gym promptly moving forward. Consistency and reliability are important for maintaining member satisfaction. Thank you!

Love having a gym that’s local.. but hate the music they play on the speaker. A: it’s super loud and they never change the genre. My Apple AirPod Pro headphones can’t even drown out the background music! On occasion they don’t open on time… and they close early on the weekends. And if you have any concerns with billing it’s hard to get through. You have to call and wait on hold for a while. They can’t really help you at the desk

Many customers who arrive at 5 a.m. are doing so because they are on a tight work schedule. This month alone, I've shown up four times at opening hour and the gym has remained closed with no staff present. Some days I'm forced to leave without working out and other days I wait and end up cutting my workout in half. This has become a reliability issue.
