I love this gym and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys group workouts! I love that the workouts are always programmed, there's a demo video in front of each space in addition to the overview of the whole workout and its elements before the actual workout begins. I've used the shower once, which was great. Everything is really clean and there is emphasis on cleaning the equipment after each use which is great! All the coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable. What are you waiting for, sign up already!

HIGHLY recommend for challenging strength and cardio classes!! Some of the reasons I keep coming back: 1) The coaches are super engaged and give helpful feedback on form. 2) I LOVE how clean the facility is, and clients wipe down equipment between uses. 3) There are different class packs and membership options, so I’ve been able to make it work as budgets/time/priorities fluctuate.

Absolutely Amazing! The are alot of things I can say about this gym: 1. very, very clean as alot of gyms I've been to before have an hygiene issue. 2. The workouts are intense, as they should be. Especially if you want to lose weight and gain muscle. 3. The owner is absolutely incredible. Very welcoming and treats new and regular clients very hospitable. 4. The trainer along with the regulars are also welcoming and friendly, if you’re lagging behind in a workout, they will be there to fill you in and make sure you perform at your best. Just to name a few amazing things about this gym.

So let me say how amazing everyone is here! From Staff Members Laura, Mark Instructor BJ, and many more! I had my very 1st FREE workout today HERE and had a blast! Me and my partner today(forgot her name 😫)! Im very happy with the atmosphere the incredible workouts and all the motivation and passion as soon as you walk in the door. The heart monitors were great to have on while working out as well as the tv monitors to show as guide each workout. I came on the most hectic challenge day. But I love the challenge, so proud of myself today!I will definitely be back thank you ALL so much!! I’ll definitely recommend! This was fun place to workout at. My fiancé approves. Lol

I'm new to HIIT and I couldn't have picked a better gym to start my journey! I was intimated at first but when I walked in to the gym and met with the owner as well as trainer, they immediately put me at ease. They walked me through everything step by step and answered my questions with so much excitement. The workouts are challenging but there are modifications for those who need it. I can guarantee you'll leave a workout wanting more! The gym is also extremely clean and the community is amazing with very supportive gym members!
