Eco Fitness is a great open air gym in the heart of Midtown. All of the trainers are supportive, encouraging and welcome everyone. The group classes are an amazing motivator and Emily will meet you at your current ability and help your reach your goals without compromise.

My Nephew hadn't worked out in years and needed a confidence boost! I searched up some gyms and saw Eco-Fit and took him in! Wow, as soon as he walked in he was payed careful attention to, and was slowly taken through an amazing workout! As he continued his workouts his confidence grew stronger inside and out! All the people there are a joy to be around and I especially enjoyed the owner/head trainers patience with my nephew! I was a natural Body Builder for a while and I understand how the body needs time to adapt! You can tell Jose understood that! Just an amazing facilty in the heart of Downtown Sacramento!

A bit hard to find. Walk down the alley and turn the corner and there you are. I am working with Emily Korock on my form for running. She has honed in on the small flaws in my style of running and is helping me mobilize those areas that need to be more active, (e.g. left foot fall, mobilizing and strength upper body and back.) This detailed work will save me from injury. At age 68, I appreciate her expertise. Highly recommend.

The staff (Jose, Emily, Brandon) at Sacramento Eco Fitness are all absolutely outstanding. It is clear that their priorities include helping all individuals at all levels try to better themselves, which is great. I have enjoyed every session at Eco; their workouts are both fun and engaging. Definitely would recommend this gym to others! 💪🏽

I love Sacramento Eco Fitness. the staff is awesome and make you feel welcome and valued. They accept you at whatever fitness level you may be at and help to you to find the place you want to be with your fitness. I always feel encouraged and never shamed for my personal fitness level. They are awesome and I feel like I belong to a village.
