I am so lucky to have been able to come to renegade for the past 3 years. I’ve seen 8 different coaches at this location and believe it or not they have all been amazing. Class sizes are perfect. Music is on point. Workouts are tough but rewarding. Rache is turning this place into the best renegade around

Renegade is an underrated gem of SD!! Honestly I was intimidated about taking a class at first but everyone is SO welcoming. There’s all fitness levels, ages, body shapes etc. there and you can adjust the class to fit your ability/ needs. In my busy schedule I also loved that you can be in and out in 50 minutes. I definitely saw results and progress. Huge shoutout to coach Rache for turning College location into what is, the energy is completely different from when I started. She made me feel so seen every time I walked into a class. I moved out of SD and tried to find something similar to where I am and nothing compares. Will miss this space very much. Thank you Renegade!

I’ve been coming to this gym for the past 8 months! And it’s now one of my favorite gyms. So many great coaches. My two favs Ms. Rache!!! Yes girl. Such amazing energy and always ready to encourage you to work out. Then is Ms. Sammy! She is on point with her classes, always helping you on your form and this girl remembers everyone’s name! I have no idea how she does it!!! Love you both! I hope to be a part of this gym for many years to come.

I’ve been going to renegade since 2019. I’ve been to every location and have had a ton of different coaches. College is definitely my favorite location and coach sammi and Rache are the best coaches! Sammi provides constant motivation during class and Rache has an amazing energy. I feel motivated to keep going even when I want to give up. Thank you college for the amazing community and driven coaches

Tried their 3 free class offer and signed up for membership on the spot. Rache was an awesome instructor. Really cool and helpful especially since I was new and didn’t know some of the exercises. Can’t wait to go back
