Wonderful gym! This gym is now open 24/7 which is amazing. It has keycard access for after hours which is very nice. I was looking for not only gyms with affordable membership rates (which this gym is the best I could find near me), but also for gyms with a sauna. This gym has saunas in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms which is incredible. I’ve been going for months and have felt like I could simply get my workout in. The other members are very friendly too and will chat if prompted. I haven’t seen any crazy heavy powerlifters who make lots of noise. It simply is great!

I was surprised this location is still open. I haven’t been back in many years and refuse to return. While working out with a female friend, she did wide shoulder presses and complained about shoulder pain. I told her to bring her arms in more to reduce the tension on her shoulder joints. Afterwards, she asked about my post-workout diet, and I explained my nutrition choices. A black personal trainer working there wrongly told me I couldn't train her and that she would have to pay the gym for a trainer. I clarified that I was not her trainer, but I was correcting her form to prevent injury, and we were discussing my diet. He should have understood this since he was eavesdropping. Instead, he reported me to management, who repeated the same misinformation. I canceled my membership and never returned. If you want to motivate a friend or encourage proper lifting, don’t come here. We shouldn’t be forced to work out in silence or let your gym partner risk injury trying shoulder presses for the first time.

I will say when it comes to “Gyms” this is one of the Best in the Business it reminds me of a Golds Gym!! The Staff and New owner is extremely cool and nice! I’ll also say it feels like home everyone is nice and they don’t stare at you like weirdos lol

Great gym with plenty of quality equipment. It’s not a large gym but has everything that’s important. Classes provided to members for free. Lots of parking. Kept clean, friendly staff. 60% of the patrons are 50+.

Amazing gym experience with excellent facilities and energetic trainers. The place is always clean, and the workout environment is positive and motivating. Great for building fitness, strength, and healthy daily habits!
