I recently moved back to Colorado Springs and signed up here since there are no 24hr fitness gyms in the Springs anymore. I'm really glad I did! The facility is clean, open, lots of machines and space to work out. I never feel like people are on top of eachother trying to exercise. The staff are awesome and friendly. Tanner helped me put together a workout regime with the complementary kick off they do which is so nice. I look forward to taking some of the classes they offer. Also, they play actual good music which is so rare for gyms, so if I accidentally forget my headphones it's not going to completly demolish my workout lol

Coo location , lots of parking . Pretty limited on what you can do here weight room wise. Spent $15 for a day pass and decently worth it since you get access to the amenities (I don’t use those tho, and they did bait and switch me but that’s okay because I was gonna spend the $15 anyways but funny they told me it would be free day pass on phone then charged in person 🤷‍♂️) Wish the area with mirrors was better for lifting The funny thing is gyms are supposed to upsell you on a membership. They didn’t even ask me in person if I wanted to join. Seems to be a lack of culture and community here which I’ll respectfully pass on being a member here. But as I said above if a business does a bait and switch they aren’t to be trusted and don’t deserve your money.

Tanner offered great advice on my Crunch One orientation. He was knowledgeable about exercising the different muscle groups and suggesting a program to meet my fitness goals. // The day before my wife and I enjoyed the aqua fitness program in the pool led by Ruthie. She was very reorganized and enthusiastic and encouraging.

I had issues transferring and cancelling my membership here. The staff are pretty short tempered and do not do what you ask. If you think you've cancelled, follow up because they definitely don't care. Also I gave them personal documents and they say they didn't have it, they most likely lost it. They will mishandle your privacy and information. I won't be ever going to a crunch fitness again.

The manager has no idea how to run a business. They like to charge people's cards even after they have cancelled the membership. Be careful these guys will tell you one thing then do another. I signed up for advertising with these guys it was definitely a waste of money and time. I do not recommend doing business with their new manager.
