I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, and it’s been a very positive experience. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a complete workout. The trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to help with guidance and motivation. I really enjoy the friendly and energetic atmosphere, which makes it easier to stay consistent. There is enough space to work out comfortably, even during peak hours. The membership fees are reasonable for the facilities offered. Overall, it’s a great gym for anyone serious about improving their fitness and health.

Flex gym is a place to come better yourself free of worry and what others say. It's a place of endless knowledge and growth. A place anyone is welcome no matter what and Jeff does an amazing job keeping the equipment in good shape and fixing things in a timely manner. It doesn't have all the amenities that big commercial gyms have because it doesn't need to. It's old school and you can always hear people working anytime you come in.

I drove 40 minutes just to hit leg day at this gym. That’s how good this gym is. The equipment is great steel plates posters everywhere. Jeff the owner is the nicest guy and he’s got the cutest dog and cat working at the gym with him. I can’t recommend this Gym enough definitely coming back again 10 out of 10

Wonderful gym. Everything you need and more. Welcoming staff. Great price for day passes. This is our go to gym when we visit our daughter at USAFA.

I like this place. Whenever I am visiting CO, I come to this gym. They've always got affordable day passes, tons of equipment, and every time I go it's not very busy. Its got an old-school, local feel. Yeah, it's a little dirty and grungy- but that's kind of the charm. I'll keep coming back!
