I just joined recently after spending a long time at a competitor. I appreciate this gym very much, the equipment is well maintained, and the staff is great. I don't have to wait long, if at all, for any of the equipment. They have an IR room, massage chairs, and even water massage tables to end your workout with. It's refreshing to find a gym like this. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Machines are always broken. Often there is only one stairmaster machine for the whole gym. Something is always out of order. The staff is excellent, friendly, and very nice. I just wish their equipment was as good as their employees. The only reason i keep coming here is bc it’s right next to home. Seriously debating on switching.

Elizianna was great! I went in to see if this location had the calf machine I was looking for. She explained how I would benefit from upgrading to the Black Membership. Her outstanding customer service sold me on the upgrade! She showed outstanding customer service and truly caring about her members! Thank you Elizianna!!!

Staff are great. They should be allowed to work in on workouts with members if asked, though. For those of us without dedicated gym partners, working out with someone is a massive boost to how well the workout goes Edit: Needs more weights - leg press, free weights, and pec deck. There is only one leg press and one pec deck so if you like those you might be waiting for a while especially if you have to work out when it's busy.
