Erin is a fantastic yoga instructor at VASA Fitness. She brings great energy to every class and does an excellent job mixing intensity with fun. The workouts are challenging but always enjoyable, and her positive attitude keeps everyone motivated. I always leave class feeling stronger and in a better mood. Highly recommend Erin’s classes!

Love VASA, they always have the equipment I need, good amenities, and great pricing. This location is probably my favorite of all the ones in Colorado Springs. I can tell it is a bit older than the ones on Powers or Union, but this one has an excellent amount of space, and I feel that the other gymgoers are more structured and stick to their workouts instead of scrolling all day or flirting with strangers. Staff at this one are nicer than the one on Cheyenne Rd.

I'm absolutely appalled by two employees at this gym. I came to work out and brought my handicap brother who sat in his wheelchair and quietly watched t.v. I try to take him places as much as possible and he likes being in public and going around and doing stuff with me. And the clerk I first talked to when we came in said it was fine for him to hang out by the t.v. Then I was on the treadmill and my brother was sitting in his wheelchair next to the table in the public area with the t.v and I was approached by an employee named William and he told me my brother couldn't be sitting where he was or anywhere in the gym and that he had to leave. He's not loud, he's always calm, he didnt do anything but sit in his wheelchair. When talking to the manager Tina she kept changing the reason but continued saying that he had to leave. She even tried to deny they were kicking him out while saying he had to leave and that he wasn't allowed inside. Reading other reviews its clear they have issues and with how they handle handicap people. I went to another gym and talked to them and they had no issues, we had to sign a waiver but they're very helpful and have a nice tv area and they have no problem with him sitting there and hanging out. And (The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provides a clear mandate that private businesses serving the public, known as "public accommodations," may not discriminate against individuals on the basis of disability. A gym’s lobby is an integral part of its public accommodations, and a person with a disability has the right to the "full and equal enjoyment" of this space. "The ADA was specifically designed to address not only obvious acts of discrimination, but also the more subtle forms, such as "overprotective rules and policies." The act of telling a person with a disability to leave a space open to the public when they havnt done anything wrong is exactly what the ADA was created to prevent. "The law's reach ensures that a business cannot simply enforce a general conduct policy, like a prohibition on "loitering," without first considering whether the policy has a discriminatory effect on individuals with disabilities" Colorado’s Anti-Discrimination Act also covers a wide range of establishments, entitling Coloradans to the "full and equal enjoyment" of all goods, services, and facilities offered to the public.

This gym is always having stuff break. The scale always seems to be broken and its always up to 2/3 weeks. They offer ZERO solution for people that are on cuts or bulks and are trying to keep up with their weight. Absolutely annoying to expect amenities that you pay for and they basically say “so sorry” especially for weeks on end…..

I love the Nevada facility and staff. The gym itself is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. Even during the busy times it’s easy to get access to equipment and space for workouts. The Studio classes are amazing and the value of the membership is unbeatable. I also have been seeing a trainer once a week for about 3.5 months now and the progress we’ve made is amazing. This is definitely the best gym I’ve been a member of over the last 20 years so much that I’ve been recruiting all my friends to switch over.
