I really like this gym! Its huge, its clean, they have all the protein bars and drinks stocked. I love that there is a lot of machines and so many different ways to work out. Wether you are wanting to just stretch and take it easy on the terf or you're wanting a full back and shoulder. Are you a heavy lifter or are you a take a class kinda person? Kt doesn't matter....they literally have it all. Red light rooms, the lap pool, sauna, massage chairs, personal trainers, etc. If you're looking for a new gym then look no further; this is the one.

VASA on plamer park my beloved 😍 I love the spacious layout of this VASA compared to others in my area. My personal trainer is Brittany and she's amazing at motivating me and hyping me up during my workouts, this location is always clean and the staff is typically friendly although I don't appreciate being stopped when I owe for PT but my gym membership is paid and I'm not there for PT as they can see it's not scheduled. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for personal training. I have EDS and while she doesn't understand it deeply Brittany works with me to make sure I'm not hurting or over pushing my limits. Definitely stop in for a tour and get a membership. The classes/groups they offer are wonderful too. I attended a Restore class and had a great experience and look forward to attending again. They offer so many different things there theres honestly no genuine competition

Only $10 and the staff are friendly, but you get what you pay for. Broken machines, scale that never works so I don’t know how much weight I’m not losing. And the locker-room, yikes! Makes an Alabama truck stop look glamorous.

Vasa's pricing is hard to beat, and their Studio classes are genuinely excellent. I attend the Colorado Springs Palmer Park location and have especially loved the Studio Lft class — the trainers are personable, attentive, and clearly invested in their members. A special note: Amanda Parker has been an outstanding coach, and I understand she may be stepping back from a leadership role. I'd sincerely encourage Vasa leadership to allow her to continue in a coaching capacity — her heart is fully in it, and it shows every class.

I took Jackie R.’s class for the first time yesterday, and it was phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome. She clearly explained how the class would go and assured us we could modify at any time. I loved that she jumped off the stage to dance with us, boosting everyone’s confidence. You could see all the smiles! Watching Jackie in her element, it’s obvious she loves what she does and her students have the best time. She also let us know when she teaches, so I highly recommend checking her out Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 p.m.
