My husband and I have been coming here for about five months and have really enjoyed it! The gym is always clean and well-kept, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is great. Overall, it’s a great place to work out and I’d definitely recommend it!

Really nice private gym. Not over crowded like the other gyms! Has everything you need! I’ve lost 64 pounds here and I come frequently! There is an app to check yourself in 24/7. Owners are AMAZING! The app also shows your progress, how many times you’ve come throughout the days/weeks/months and your total! Best gym I’ve ever been to! HIGHLY recommend! -Nat G

Amazing gym! The owner and his wife are both so helpful and make it a point to keep the gym clean and well maintained. I was in town for a just a few weeks, and it was easy to sign up for a membership (very well priced!) and cancel it before I left, no inescapable contract necessary. I highly recommend this gym if you are in the area and looking for a 24 hour spot.

Ray is an excellent gym instructor who brings great energy and professionalism to every session. He is knowledgeable, motivating, and always takes the time to make sure exercises are done with proper form and technique. Ray does a great job of encouraging everyone, regardless of their fitness level, and creates a positive environment that makes working out enjoyable. His workouts are challenging but well-structured, and he is always willing to offer guidance or modifications when needed. Highly recommend Ray to anyone looking to improve their fitness and stay motivated!

Josh is an excellent trainer after 3 months I’m seeing results and getting complements. I tried by myself but just didn’t do it. Thank you, Josh! 24 hour gym. mid size not crowded.
