Best option downtown for a day pass, bar none. $10 and includes towels and a sauna. The gym packs a punch for its size and is a much better option than the overpriced YMCA down the street.

Great midsize gym! I travel using dozens of gyms around the world and this gym is one of the most organized cleanest gyms I've ever seen. Dumbbells up to 110lbs, a full assortment of machines and free weight equiptment for even the most advanced workout. All equiptment was new and/or in great shape. Staff were outstanding; very friendly and helpful. Only took a few minutes to set me up for a workout. Well worth the $10 a day rate for a nonmember.

A great fitness spot in downtown Indy that uses its space extremely efficiently. Clean, modern facilities from the equipment floor to the group workout room to the locker room. The staff is generous with their time and expertise. I developed a lot of friendships from my many years as a member. Recommended!

Unassuming spot, but they offer daily passes for $15 (I believe) and weekly passes, which is what I opted for, for $25. For such a small & somewhat hidden location, their equipment is top notch. Two well kept squat racks with plenty of weights, benches with a variety of dumbbells ranging up to 100lbs, and plenty of strength & cardio machines. During my trip to Indy this place, which open early in the AM, has been crucial to me.

Very nice gym. Rather fitness center 😅 They have 2 squat racks. Various barbells, dumbells, plus all the usual machines. Day pass 10 bucks.
