Forge is incredible. First, Miles is one of the best guys you could meet and all of the trainers follow suit with that. The gym is SPACIOUS and always clean. Full of world class equipment and anything you could need to accomplish your fitness goals. They also engage well with their community - always hosting events, bringing in different experts to speak to their clients. You will not find a gym like this in Wichita. Locally owned and clearly loved they stand alone as the best strength focused gym in the city. Plus I know many women that have done their weight loss challenge and gotten amazing results!

I cannot say enough good things about the 6 week Ladies lifting program at Forge! I have learned so much and have gained so much confidence in just a few short weeks. The owner, Miles, was so helpful and patient with any questions I had about the program beforehand, and he set me up with a trainer, Nina, who has been so encouraging, motivating, and amazing to work with! Everyone at Forge is so welcoming and friendly- If you’re a woman who is intimidated by lifting and nervous about stepping into the gym alone like I was, you have to check this gym out!

I recently joined this gym, and it’s been an absolute blast! The positive and welcoming atmosphere is unlike any other gym I’ve been to. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and there’s everything you could ever need for your workouts. The 24-hour access is a huge benefit for members.

Highly recommend! I came in as a baseline beginner to lifting wanting to learn from professionals and this is the place to do it. They do such a great job breaking things down for entry level training, the atmosphere is very positive, and I’m feeling more confident with my progress every day. Super grateful to have found this place full of kind and knowledgeable people!
