First and foremost a huge shoutout to Fred and I believe the GM their kindness and warm welcoming has been fantastic. I did my free assessment with Fred and was extremely happy with how knowledgeable he is. Signing up was pretty easy there were a few hiccups, but ultimately it worked out.

I Recently got a new iPhone and my membership app got deleted and I been a member for many years and I go to this gym everyday. there is short African American man whom I see everyday gives me difficult time letting me in when he clearly knows I go there everyday and I gave him my phone number associated with my account and also my picture is on the computer screen still he acts like he never seen me before! I have watched him letting other women members walk in without even scanning their barcode many times. This is discrimination ! I hope the management look into this matter. This is a liability issue I hope LA fitness don’t get lawsuits

I’m new to the area and want to look for a new gym. Walked in this gym and wanted a free tryout, which is offered by most gyms. The “manager” Steven told me I had to pay $20 dollars to get in because no free trial is offered here. I went to LA fitness website and it clearly stated that there is a 3 day free trial offered nationwide. I asked for a refund and he refused. The location is nice but it’s really a bad experience with the Steven.

It’s the second time I have been here in a month. The sauna hasn’t worked. I don’t pay for access to amenities that don’t exist. It sure is advertised. So to my disappointment I keep coming somewhere for the sauna and it clearly isn’t operable and won’t be. This is such a middle finger to the customers who join your gym. Noted! Maybe Brick Bodies will be a better option. LA Fitness has no integrity and has been like this for years.
