This place is amazing. I started going to the YMCA over 50 years ago in my hometown. The last two cities I lived in didn't have a strong YMCA presence, so I was extremely happy to see this amazing facility! It was clean, modern and beautifully designed. The staff was friendly and professional, and the sense of community was powerful. The YMCA is one of those things that makes Baltimore feel like home to us.

From the moment that I walked in to sign up for membership in November, Noah was very accommodating. He gave me a grand tour and explained all the activities to me. He even introduced me to the cycle instructor. 🥰 I told her that I had never cycled in my life, and she said she welcomes beginners! This Wednesday will be my first session!! I attended the pool class last night. It turned out to be water Zumba, I think that’s what it’s called, again, I’m a beginner 😂. I had so much fun! Instructor and participants were awesome! I would highly recommend this Y to anyone who wants to have a great time staying or getting in shape, spiritually and physically! “ Health is Wealth “ 😘👏🏽

Everyone here is consistently nice and helpful, even in the very early hours of the day. The staff make a genuine effort to greet people, communicate clearly, and create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through the doors. That level of kindness and professionalism really stands out and helps build a strong sense of community that benefits all members.

I’ve been coming to this location since I was a kid and always felt warm, cozy vibes. However, after being away for school for a few years and recently returning, I’ve noticed a change in the ambiance. I’ve seen several new employees and, after a couple of visits, I noticed a pattern that feels biased. I hope someone can have an in service with the staff about greeting all YMCA members as they walk in, not just white members, but Black members as well. Kindly

I really like this gym it's very family-friendly and having child care for my son is great so that we can all go as a family there. It was also nice that they have a meditation class my wife really liked that.
