First time at equinox but was able to go as I received a day pass when I booked a 30 min massage with AEscape. Such an interesting and unique experience. The table was able to be adjusted based on my personal preference which was great. As the massage was happening there was a tablet that gave me the opportunity to adjust the firmness and which section was being targeted. Overall great experience and would go again

Thomas Hannifan is both professional and approachable, and he genuinely cares about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone at the gym. He clearly takes pride in keeping the gym clean and organized and he has truly done a phenomenal job doing so! His dedication and positive attitude make this gym a place people truly enjoy coming to. Highly recommend to anyone who prioritizes wellness and community.

I have been a member at Equinox for quite some time now and I have to say that Jae Pukma’s barre classes at Equinox are some of the best I have taken. He is very professional, energetic, encouraging, and makes everyone feel welcome. I always leave feeling strong, confident, and motivated. I highly recommend his classes to anyone looking for a motivating and inclusive barre experience.

By no means is this a "luxury gym"; most of the equipment is what you would find at a Planet Fitness, which should have been replaced years ago. The locker rooms are completely outdated, and the steam room and sauna are an absolute joke; neither gets hot whatsoever. The gym is quite large and clean for the most part, but the amenities are lacking, and management does nothing but rearrange the furniture quarterly (and buy more useless furniture that no one sits on). It's really a Planet Fitness/Boston sports club with lipstick.

I went to Equinox not sure if I was going to get a membership. I met with a senior membership advisor Enzo De Palma, who really managed to connect with me and show me the true value of the membership and that’s it not just a gym, it’s more of a community. Enzo made the process super easy, I was in little bit of rush, he managed to smoothly get me signed up. I would recommend if anyone is looking for a membership at equinox to go through Enzo. He was honestly what made me sign up at equinox over lifetime.
