I like it! Really makes me want to come to do workout more often, which just that is already an accomplishment. I love the barre and the pilates classes. The hot tub and sauna are ok also, I don't mind that is mix. It is actually good so I can be with my husband. The bathroom are always clean and good, plenty of towels everywhere. The trainers are professional and nice. The only thing I'm not particularly fan is the fact that you can't bring food from outside, I understand that they have their café and I tried it but the food was not my taste, the coffee is really good though. Overall is been a good experience. I enjoy pretty much everything. If you come 3-4 times a week really worth your membership.

I’ve been with Lifetime since 2002 and have trained in locations all over the country. After a month and a half at the new Prudential Center club, I can say without hesitation: this one earns a spot in my top three. The variety of equipment is top-tier—plenty of options for strength, cardio, conditioning, recovery, and everything in between. Lifetime clearly invested in the details here. Upgraded finishes, cork flooring in the lifting areas, and thoughtful touches like Kiehl’s products in the locker rooms give the entire place a premium, polished feel. It’s a noticeable step up. The staff has been consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming from day one, which makes a huge difference in a busy urban location. One of the unexpected perks is how easy it is to squeeze in a little work before or after your workout. There’s plenty of seating throughout where you can plug in, focus, and get a few things done. They even added a couple of isolation cubes that are perfect for private calls or quick video meetings—something I wish more gyms would offer. The layout does have a few quirks—several areas require stepping up or down, and the walk to the showers and locker room takes you through almost the entire gym. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something first-timers will notice. Still, the pros absolutely outweigh the quirks. This is a beautifully designed club with high-end amenities, a strong equipment mix, great workspace options, and a fantastic team running it. If you’re in Boston and looking for a full-service fitness experience, this one is worth every bit of the hype.

This branch specifically became a place that I am always excited to go to and spend time at, everything is up to and exceeding expectations. It makes fitness a lifestyle. Totally worth it!

I decided to get in a workout after arriving this evening from Chicago. I was extremely excited to hear that a new flagship Lifetime was blocks from my hotel. I was not disappointed. Team members were so helpful, members pleasant, facilities impressive - and then the sauna!

Eh, honestly it’s nice but it’s not really worth the hype. It is advertised as being huge but is not actually much larger than the Medford location if you take out the workspace and cafe area. I’ve been to all the lifetimes in the area and I would say this one is just ok. “Wet suite” area gets quite crowded and the some of the men should be required to wear a full body hairnet before being allowed in those pools. Wish there was a women’s only section. Yucky.
