Top notch! Was traveling to Boston from Houston. I called ahead of time to make arrangements for my son to train for a couple of days. We were welcomed and treated very well. Coaching was great!. They arranged a sparring partner for my son which helped him prep for upcoming competition. Unexpected surprise when former UFC great entered the building just as my son was about to spar! Absolutely great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to train hard with great coaching.

By far the best MMA gym in Boston and arguably in the country. I’ve travelled quite a bit for work over the years and popped into various MMA gyms over time and UFC Gym Financial District Boston has it together better than the dozens of other gyms I’ve tried. I had the pleasure of enjoying their services for a couple years living close by and it’s always been a great atmosphere for focus and progression. If you want to compete in a combat setting they’ll help you push yourself to the point where you’re ready and set up the match. If you only want a new, interesting, and challenging hobby they’ll keep you moving forward at whatever pace your life allows. It’s all about what you want to put into it and that’s well respected here by everyone. The Muay Thai program with Kru Sam was my highlight. His class was hardcore conditioning to prepare you for legitimate Muay Thai matches. If you stay dedicated Kru Sam will dedicate himself to you. He won’t let up unless you want him to and adds a very calculated intelligence to every movement he teaches and will make sure you move with maximum efficiency. Coaches Tyler and Eric provide superb expertise in their jiu jitsu program as well. Every class I attended with them I learned something new and valuable in efficiently joint locking and choking out my opponents. Levan, the primary coach for the HIIT program, does an excellent job at crafting sessions that will get you feeling like you’re working towards your physical goals and he’s very knowledgeable when it comes to training and diet. They also have plenty of pads, weights, and machines to work with to get you in top form. On top of all this the owner, Jason, is an active part of the community and is very amenable to make sure that you are taken care of when it comes to payment scheduling keeping everything fair. Plus he’s just a great dude in general that’s very much earned his place here. If you want a community of good people to progress in your physical goals and leave each class feeling humbled but like a total badass at the same time, this is your place. It’s worth every penny.

Great gym! Always super clean and has the absolute greatest coaches!!! Super caring and respectful always and constantly making sure everyone is safe and having a good time

I’m writing this review so that people who are currently attending or considering joining this gym can read my experience and think carefully before signing up. I genuinely hope that no one else has to go through the same situation I did. I requested to cancel my membership on November 24th due to personal reasons and clearly asked for the cancellation to take effect before the next billing date on November 29th. I also did not use the gym at all after submitting that request. However, my email was not reviewed in time by the gym, and I was still charged on November 29th. When I contacted them about this and provided proof of my cancellation request, the only response I received was an offer to “put my membership on hold until I come back,” which doesn’t help me at all since I will not be returning. They have so far refused to issue a refund, even though the extra charge was caused by their delay, not my mistake. I really did like training here, but this experience was very disappointing and made me feel that customer responsibility and fairness are not being taken seriously at this location. I hope the management and corporate look into this and improve how they handle cancellations and billing issues in the future.

I froze my UFC Gym membership until further notice because my kids were not enjoying the gym. Despite this, my account was later automatically reactivated and charged without any notice or authorization. There was no contract in place. This is unacceptable. A membership freeze should mean no charges — period. I should not have to monitor my bank account to catch billing errors. To make matters worse, the owner was not willing to refund the money that was charged incorrectly. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency, billing control, and customer service.
