The gym itself is nice! The managers and staff I’ve talked to are great. I’ve came here 3 weekends now. I figure 3 weeks would be adequate time for them to fix the issue they are having. What’s that issue? It’s smells absolutely terrible in this gym. Straight sewer gases. Smells like standing water. There is no way this is safe for staff or people coming in. Now for 2 weekends straight, the bathrooms are shut down. Where do you use the restroom? In some porta potties out back lol Really bad look.

This gym is very spacious and has great machines. Pricing is reasonable. The staff are also very nice. My biggest complaint is that there are hardly ever any little cleaning towels to wipe down machines. I don't think most people wipe down their machines with paper towels because they dry out quickly & the cleaning stations are sparse.

This location is really nice but you need to update and have better hours. It says you guys are open on Saturday and Sundays until 8 on google. There were three others behind me who tried to walk in at 5:55pm and it was locked. To be honest 6 pm is a little early to close on a Saturday too.

The new gym is great, love the atmosphere and the various different weight areas. Nice and spacious. Some of the machines in there though barely work which is crazy, like why would you bring them in? The machine for leg kickbacks is so rusty and jankety its barely usable. Overall though, great gym and excited to use it, but there are 2 things that still have my choosing to go to different locations more often: 1. Its so darn hot in there. It was 78 degrees on Friday inside. I dont sweat easily so I just get overheated and it makes my workout miserable. The other location i use is not this hot 2. There is like 1 station for cleaning on the entire floor. People dont clean their machines here because spray/towels are in 1 location and not easily accessible. There is so much room here, can more stations be added to the weight floor please so people are inclined to clean their machines? And the turf weight area by the windows

I’ve been a member at this location for a few years. I had mixed feelings about what the new gym would bring and I was correct. I’m not dogging on the major plumbing issues, because things can happen and I’m no plumber. However. Four months in and still no washer and dryer. 15 minutes after opening there’s no one at the front desk. There are no small towels upstairs. One of the brand new cable machines had a pulley disconnected. Fox News is on every other tv. I don’t want any news on the TV’s, let alone that propaganda. We’ve got smartphones. Turn on ESPN and let it roll. There are dried pee stains on the floor in the bathrooms. Let me clarify, the employees that work are FANTASTIC. I’ve never had a single complaint with any of them. It’s the fact that we pay a good amount of money and the new facility is already dirty, smells, is breaking down, and severely understaffed. Genesis is here to make money with as few expenses as possible. Front staff, trainers, and class coaches are great. Ownership is lacking.
