I really like this gym most of the time. Tons of awesome machines and a great hardcore gym feel. I should add, even though it can feel like a hardcore gym, everyone I've talked to has been very friendly. That being said I have 2 issues. 1 In summer it gets so gross. I dont know if the HVAC doesn’t work or if its purposely kept warm and humid but it gets gross. And smelly at times. Honestly I've worried about passing out...or getting ringworm from people's sweat. 2 The locker room/ restrooms are terrible. Ive changed in my car before instead of doing it inside. They're usually gross and there's really no place to even change.

The development of Iron Heaven Gyms has come very far. Having to had made the switch from PF to Iron Heaven was the best decision I’ve made for my health and well-being. I not only got in better shape but I created ever lasting bonds and people I can call family. The owners are welcoming, the equipment is diverse, and the community is hard to beat.

EXCELLENT GYM. I travel extensively and belong to several gyms. It is an absolute pleasure to train at Iron Heaven. There is no other place like this. Do yourself a favor and check it out. Noah is the gentleman who gave us the tour. He cares about the gym members and he does a great job taking care of the place.

I am furious with Iron Heaven Gym. My 16-year-old son signed up for a membership WITHOUT my knowledge or consent, and the gym has refused to help cancel it. They won't answer the phone, their voicemail is full, and they ignore every email demanding cancellation. Meanwhile they keep taking money from his account. He is a minor, they had no right to sign him up or keep charging us. This is dishonest, irresponsible, and illegal. Do NOT give these people your business. If they treat customers and their kids like this, they don't deserve your money. I will be filing complaints with the bank and consumer protection agencies and pursuing a refund. Shameful!!!!

Variety of equipment and a good space. Members are nice, staff is a hit or miss. I tried to get a drink from the vending machine and it got stuck. Was told “just shake it” maybe if it’s a regular occurrence to have to beat the vending machine to get your drink put a warning sign on it? I would’ve rather not gotten the drink lol. The other time the screen on the assault treadmill wasn’t working so I told an employee and it didn’t get fixed either but maybe it’s just permanently down? Either way better communication would be appreciated but overall very much a bro vibe so I felt like it wasn’t the best fit for me as a lady lol.
