Great gym and much cheaper with great equipment. The atmosphere is motivating, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of classes that cater to different fitness levels, ensuring that everyone feels welcome. The equipment is well-maintained, and there are plenty of machines available, so you never have to wait long. Plus, the community vibe makes it easy to meet new workout partners and stay accountable. Overall, it's an excellent place to achieve your fitness goals without breaking the bank. Beautiful place.

Great gym! Group studio classes are very good. Instructors and trainers are very helpful. Only giving 4 stars because there are no towel services for when you use the pool.

I continue to have a wonderful experience with my personal trainer, Liv. She has helped me reach my goal of establishing a healthier body composition. I am happy to say I am down 10% body fat, increased strength and endurance, and feel happier, healthier, and more comfortable in my body. This experience has changed my life. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a member at VASA for almost a year, and it’s been such a wonderful experience! I’ve enjoyed participating in land and aqua group fitness classes, as well as Studio Red, Studio Flow, and Studio Lift classes. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and are always ready to offer accommodations if a particular movement isn’t quite right for you. They’re also very encouraging and engaging, which makes working out at the gym a lot of fun. All classes are designed to accommodate people of all ages and fitness levels. Plus, I have a personal trainer who truly understands my needs and abilities, helping me to achieve my goals.

Amazing place to train. Jan-march is buisy as heck obvy but the staff are sweet as all get out. I wa photo bombed by a member of staff for my photo and im keeping it. The yoga is top notch and worth paying extra to get in. This place is friendly for everyone service dogs, disabilities, time constraints. The only down side is the parking. But you can't change that.
