Been here on and off for 3 years, staff from my personal have given okay service but nothing exceptional. They often speak and say hello as well as have a good day on the way out. Compared to friends at other locations who say equipment is often broken, it doesn’t happen too often here. Girls bathroom is clean and equipped with showers, lockers, and mirrors. Lots of gym equipment, a movie room, a daycare, a room for workout classes, a pool, steam room, and etc. there’s a few buckets left around from leaks in the roof that can be hazardous.

The people who work at the EOS on Rainbow are some of the best good boys to ever come through the fitness world. Dylan, Juan, Jen, Justin, James, Tre, Carmello, and Chantal truly inspire you to come back every day, have a great workout, and experience an incredible moment. Such a good boys!!!

I moved here from a different city that doesn’t have EOS, so I hadn’t heard of it but found it through a friend and I’m so glad I did! Everyone who works here is super friendly and welcoming, the staff keeps everything very clean and working, and they’re always updating things here!! love the Rainbow and Alta location!!

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this gym. The fitness manager tried to pressure me into getting a personal coach after I clearly explained that I just wanted to work out on my own. I even shared that I have social anxiety and prefer exercising independently, but that was completely dismissed. Instead of respecting my choice, he told me that if I didn’t get a coach, I was “setting myself up for failure.” He then asked, “What are you going to do about it?” and questioned how I would know if I was doing the right things. It felt condescending and unprofessional. I joined this gym to work out at my own pace, not to be pressured into extra services. A gym should feel supportive and welcoming, not intimidating. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear that this environment is more focused on upselling than respecting members’ personal preferences. I would not recommend this gym to anyone who simply wants a comfortable place to work out independently.

The main reason I come to this specific EOS rather than one of the other 2 close to me is because of Tatiana and Shayla. Both of them have such good and positive energy every time I walk in and within a couple of weeks I didn’t realize they remembered me and would welcome me back each time and gave me a sense of belonging. Such amazing people and always happy to see them when I come in! The gym itself is good, a few machines always out of order but it’s not the gyms fault so I just skip them until they get it running again and I like the layout of everything.
