Very friendly staff who always great you as you walk in and leave, good value for low-cost memberships mostly giving you access to most machines in the faculty. Love their peak hours making super easy an accessible to go inn and get that work out anything you make need to burn off some fuel. Over all happy with my membership definitely recommend getting a 7 day pass or even a full membership.

I walked into EOS feeling incredibly anxious. After letting my physical health decline over the years, even opening the door to a gym made my heart race. The moment I stepped inside, that anxiety started to melt away. The front desk team was so welcoming and genuinely kind. Mia immediately put me at ease with her warm personality and even complimented my hair and nails. It meant so much to feel seen as a person, not just as my weight or limitations. Osar E., the Assistant General Manager, helped finalize my membership and was just as personable and encouraging. His kindness made the whole process feel easy and judgment‑free. I truly appreciate the positive, uplifting attitude of the entire staff at EOS. They turned what could have been an overwhelming moment into a hopeful one. I’m actually looking forward to getting back into better shape and building a healthier version of myself, and their support made all the difference.

Extremely disappointing experience. The sales process was smooth, but everything changed once I needed assistance with my account. Important details that influenced my decision to join were not reflected in the way my membership was later handled. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I was met with slow responses, generic messages, and a complete lack of accountability. A simple customer service request became far more complicated than it should have been. Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering a membership to carefully review all terms and conditions and make sure any important promises are provided in writing.

This review is for my first ever experience with Egos, I mean Eos. The hot tub was not hot enough, felt like luke warm bath water and had too much chlorine, dirt floating in chemical bubbles. Showers were also not hot enough and the shower stall walls don't go all the way to the ground so you get splashed with shower water from neighboring shower, plus there is a 1cm crack where the door closes that allows people to see you showering. As a new 7 day free trial member, my experience with 3 different EOS locations today was a complete waste of time and total disappointment. Inaccurate information given multiple times about which locations have hot tubs and or pools and or saunas, most locations have them down or don't have them at all, contradictory information from multiple staff, difficult to reach front desk at different locations, and some locations don't even show up on Google Maps, and various staff competing with each other to say the perfect thing to sign me up for membership. High pressure sales tactics commission style, too good to be true. The hot tub not being hot enough seems to be the most basic thing but they did not even do that right. I wouldn't even use this place for showers since the stalls don't go to the ground; being splashed from random person's shower water in next shower over is a health hazard, and so is lukewarm hot tub water. I spent 4 hours on the bus today to finally get to the EOS with a hottub that allows 7 day free trial members use it, then they complained I didn't have a Nevada ID, then let me use it anyway, then it wasn't even hot. And they didn't even let me have a towel. For a trial member, they should provide a towel. They wanted me to pay $10 for a monthly towel subscription. There was some kind of female only water aerobics going on for overweight women in the pool so I could not swim laps or use the pool. The other location had a bunch of body builders and a boxing coach. They were enormous like they eat creatine for breakfast. I would say Eos is not the right gym for someone like me who just wants to do mild cycling, treadmill, swimming, sauna, and hottub, to relieve arthritis pain, but a place more focused on personal and group training programs. I should have spent the day golfing or walking the strip instead. The reviews are pretty telling. I tried this place because my roommate likes Eos, but it wasn't the right fit for me. The staff were friendly and professional, but I would have preferred not interacting with anyone. They made me do an appointment and sit down conversation with managers just to use the 7 day trial I signed up for online. A basic tour was nice, but they fail at the main things I wanted- an actually hot hot tub, and shower stalls that go all the way to the ground that don't have a crack where the door closes so people can't see in, and a pool that is always available without group classes taking over the entire pool. All of this could have been avoided if the website was not misleading making it seem like every Eos location has a hot tub, sauna, and pool, making it seem like there are month to month memberships but there aren't, and if any of the 4 phone calls with staff had communicated effectively. It was pretty pathetic that they were trying to sign me up for a membership before I even got to try the 7-day trial. I mean they were trying to sign me up before I even got in the hot tub, before I even found the correct location where there actually even is a hot tub. Good thing I didn't sign up, since I did not like the hot tub nor the showers. One day of the 7-day trial was enough for me. I was planning to come here every single day this week, but after trying it, I don't want to.

This is a newer facility. Very clean and friendly staff. I am 65 and recently lost a bunch of weight. I needed someone to help me firm up. I was assigned Denise Y, who has been amazing. She listens, understands my limitations and has shown me so many different strengthening techniques on the different machines. Love it and her!
