I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the condition and activity in your parking lot, particularly the area behind our residences. Unfortunately, the situation has become unacceptable for those of us living nearby. There has been an ongoing issue with individuals sleeping in vehicles, engaging in drug use, and using the area as a restroom. This has resulted in hazardous and unsanitary conditions, including the presence of needles and human waste in the parking lot and surrounding areas. This is not only a health and safety concern, but it is also significantly impacting the quality of life for residents in the immediate vicinity. We respectfully request that immediate action be taken to address this situation. This may include increased monitoring, security presence, or coordination with local authorities to prevent further misuse of the property. If the issue is not resolved promptly, we will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities. I spoke with Athony at the gym who didnt seem to care, but this is now a hazardous waste situation as they are now using the parking lot as a bathroom and little area! Disgraceful!

First time visiting this fitness center, and it was way better than I imagined. The employees were so welcoming. The facility is kept clean and there were so many different machines, rooms, equipment and weights. Dreau gave me a tour and was very kind. He even helped me move the weights around. I met Harley on the way out, and he helped me when my hands were full. It's nice to be in a place where you can work out and there's no judgement. 5 stars and two thumbs up! Honestly would recommend this place because the great customer service and cleanliness 😊 Ready to sign up for my membership after that one visit 🤙🏽

To whom it may concern: FYI This is Erin Kennedy writing this review, And I just want someone to know That Kelsey at the front desk Deserves a raise. She is Happy(every time I come in) Friendly, Helpful and and over all good employee for lvac!!! Asset to the company. The 3 girls that work on Friday Make me feel like I'm bothering them.(every time I come in in contact with them)Not good employees. Hope you are having a good day and Ty for listening to me. Sharing my experience so others are aware. I contacted this company to cancel my membership. I was informed that because my husband is the listed payor on the account, they would not process the cancellation unless they spoke directly with him. Despite requesting to cancel my own membership, the company declined to proceed without his authorization. If you are considering doing business with them, I recommend reviewing their cancellation policies carefully and clarifying who has authority to cancel before enrolling.

I usually go around midnight. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and I've yet to see any broken machines, they have a huge variety of machines, you will see a lot of seniors there at this time We started going 3am. It's even quieter. Staff friendly as ever 4/27/26 I had to comment on your cleaning staff particularly Doug and Rachel. These guys do an awesome job! They take pride in their work. The ladies area is spotless along with the showers. They are friendly, never bad a word comes out of their mouths. Everyone talks about the front staff and really the cleaning staff never gets much credit! Doug and Rachel are my buddies, they don't know it :-) 5/29/26 .. I've finally went into the pool and everything is spotless! LVAC has a great cleaning crew and that's one of the things you look at 1st walking through the door. Love it!
