Tried out this LVAC today guys! I've been to 2 other LVAC 's here & this 1 is nice but could do for an upgrade of the equipment. They still have steel plates unlike the newer LVAC in Henderson don't. So if you like the nostalgic sound of weights being thrown around then you would love it here. Came on a less busy Friday so I was able to move from station to station without waiting. I wish they had the newer machines but these will get the job done most definitely. Gym cleanliness I'd give 3 out of 5, Atmosphere 4 out of 5, Gym Smells 4 out of 5 & Location 3 out of 5. I do recommend & will return 💪🏾

I’m really disappointed with my experience at LVAC Gym in Las Vegas. I signed up for a membership and I understand that missing my first month was my responsibility. However, I was still charged for the second month, which I didn’t expect. When I finally went to use the gym, I had a frustrating experience. On top of that, when I asked to cancel my membership, I was told that the annual fee is non-refundable and that I still had to pay. This was very disappointing and felt unfair. Overall, I feel like the policies were not clearly explained, and the customer service experience was not helpful. I hope they improve communication and be more transparent with new members.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the LVAC Sahara & Decatur location on April 10, 2026, between approximately 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. As a paying member, I expect a baseline level of professionalism, attentiveness, and respect from staff—however, what I encountered during this visit fell significantly below those expectations. Upon approaching the front desk for a towel, the employee on duty was visibly disengaged and inattentive. Instead of acknowledging members or providing even a basic greeting, he appeared preoccupied with his personal cellphone while leaning on the counter. There was no sense of professionalism, no engagement, and no effort to create a welcoming environment. This immediately gave a negative impression of the facility’s front-line service standards. The towel I was initially provided was also not in acceptable condition for use during a workout. For hygiene and safety reasons, I had to return to the counter to request a replacement. At that time, I was assisted by a female manager who promptly provided a more appropriate towel, which I appreciated. However, what was concerning is that the same front desk employee continued to remain on his cellphone during this entire process, showing no correction in behavior, no awareness of member concerns, and no attempt to fulfill his role in a professional manner. What made this experience more disappointing is the apparent lack of accountability or supervision in the moment. Front desk staff are the first point of contact for members and represent the image and standards of LVAC. When that interaction is careless, disengaged, or unprofessional, it undermines the trust and experience of members who expect consistency from a well-established fitness club. Cellphone use during active member service, lack of verbal acknowledgment, and disregard for basic customer service etiquette are not minor issues in a fitness facility—they directly affect member experience, satisfaction, and perception of cleanliness and safety. Unfortunately, this visit reflected a clear breakdown in those standards. I am sharing this feedback not out of frustration alone, but in the hope that management takes it seriously and addresses it appropriately. Staff working in customer-facing roles should be properly trained, actively engaged, and held accountable to maintain professionalism at all times. At minimum, members deserve to be acknowledged, assisted respectfully, and provided with proper equipment in safe condition. LVAC is a respected fitness facility, and that is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. I sincerely hope this incident is reviewed and used as an opportunity to reinforce expectations with staff so that future member experiences reflect the level of quality the brand is known for. At this time, I am left concerned about consistency in service and professionalism at this location.

Gym is good but if you have kids they have been giving me and my wife hell every time we come in with our kid every time they come up with something idk if there’s a system we’re employees can see notes or if y’all
