Great place to train! I have been going there for a couple of months now and I love it. The place is always clean and well kept. I have been training with Jesse and he is the greatest. He is kind, patient, encouraging and disciplined. He keeps you engaged while working hard with a positive attitude, definitely the best trainer I have ever had 💪🏻‼️

I would like to sincerely thank Aaron, a fitness representative at Anytime Fitness in Albuquerque, for going above and beyond in providing exceptional service. I had forgotten to be present in Albuquerque to activate my membership, which could have easily become a frustrating setback. Instead, Aaron stepped in with professionalism, dedication, and a genuine willingness to help. He went out of his way to handle the situation in a way that most people would not even consider, ensuring that my membership was activated smoothly and without issue. His attentiveness, patience, and commitment to customer service truly reflect the values that make Anytime Fitness such a welcoming community. It is rare to encounter someone who not only performs their job well but also demonstrates such integrity and care for the people they assist. Aaron’s efforts turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and seamless experience. Thank you, Aaron, for your outstanding service—you truly deserve recognition. If I could give more than five stars, I certainly would!

I'll give the gym 4 stars based on the arrival of Aaron as manager. It was a great, warm, CLEAN, and welcoming place when Tamara was there. I recommended the gym to a lot of people then. When she was replaced it started going downhill rapidly. The new manager seemed nice enough, but he did little to keep the place up. Here's hoping that things continue to improve under Aaron's management. p.s. I saw the snarky reply to Ann's honest review, and my response is that it was a very unprofessional and tone deaf thing to write. Slamming a former employee who was popular with the people paying to patronize one's business makes me question the judgment of upper management. Nevertheless, here's hoping the gym gets back to being as clean and well-maintained as it was when Tamara was there.

Went to this gym last week traveling through, it’s was so gross. It was dusty and the floors were repulsing. Doesn’t seem like they clean it even though they had a sign up that says they clean things. It was so disgusting I ended up just showering and getting ready in my car. Also, the hot water didn’t work after i let it run for 15mins so had to take a shower with cold water .

My partner and I have been going to this gym for about two years. Since Aaron took over, the quality of the gym has greatly improved. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and cares about ensuring every member has a great experience. Hope he stays here forever! I’ve never felt so comfortable at a gym before. Great management and conscientious clientele.
