I've experienced many different kinds of gyms and chuze exceeds my standards when it comes to available types of work outs and being clean. Some times of day are busier than others and parking long due for a thoughtful line repainting imo like (Costco) but I love that I belong to my gym. The theater room plus access to classes and the pool/sauna are a cherry on top.

This location used to have great customer service and employees but recently the employees became rude and stopped being understanding at all. I’ve been on my gym bros buddy pass for almost 2 years but this last month they have stopped me and him several times to make us do about half an hour of paperwork each time. They stopped giving out physical barcodes for the buddy passes, and feel the need remind me of everything i cant do on a buddy pass every time i sign in. Even if its the same employee i just signed in with the previous day. Overall if you plan on bringing your family or friends to the gym with you and you dont wont to get treated like terribly and you don’t want to spend an exuberant amount of money on multiple memberships dont go to chuze.

I’ve been going to this gym for a couple of years, and after yesterday and today, I might cancel. Today, I got a shake, and those damn shakes are not cheap by the way, and they they ripped me off. They didn’t even fill the cup up. I told them it looks lower than usual. Her excuse was “oh well, that should actually be lower, but they sometimes give more.” It’s not consistent. The customer service sucks here. Maybe I’ll go to defined. Pay more for better treatment.

Great overall gym. Machines are great. The only thing I’d change is the temperature. It’s hot! It’s 7am as I write this in May & the heater is on. Please turn off the heat. The afternoons aren’t great either because they leave the front door open & heat comes in. It’s a gym, so people are running & working out…the last thing we want is to be hot. Please keep temps lower. I’ve tried asking staff to turn on a fan or lower the temp, but they don’t do anything which is why I’m writing this review.

Moranda she is a goog worker at Chuze she alway says to me and other to have a good work out. And have a good day afterwork out. and all the time i see her She is cleaning and helping customer on any issue. Very hard working and nice issues. Thank you very much for your service.
