It's clean, friendly staff, good hours, spacious with an abundance of equipment and facilities. I really don't know what all these bad reviews are about. I would encourage new customers to go in and see for themselves. Response to other reviews: - getting a towel from the front desk is not a great sacrifice - no music is a plus. Do you want your earbuds to have to compete with the manager's favorite music? - being open 24 hours a day is not a reasonable expectation. If you couldn't get a workout in during the 17 hours they were open, maybe you didn't really want to work out in the first place. - A facility this big is always going to have a few pieces of equipment out of order. Just ask the staff about something equivalent if your "favorite" equipment is not available.

Super creepy and I didn't even get in to see the facility. Stopped at the front desk and had to wait while 2 20 somethings spent 2 minutes having a conversation about their social lives and about people in the gym. Explain my purpose in seeing the gym. Was handed a board for liability disclaimer. Tried to sit down but couldn't hear myself. Think because the two 20 somethings were still yelling their conversation. Moved to a corner to try and be able to think. Reading the disclosure, you are asked to agree to allow them to video and photograph you and publish and post those items for any purpose including to make money.. I'm sorry you want people in their gym attire and swimsuits and then you want to video and photograph them with no notification?. Super creepy! Always always always read those disclosures. They hand you. 50 most of the disclosure is about their desire to video photograph and make money off of their video ads and photographs. And for you to hold them harmless for doing so.

I am a new member, and unfortunately my last two visits have involved unhelpful staff and very brief interactions that made me feel as though asking questions was a bother. Today, I brought a friend to check out the facility, and the experience again fell short of what I expected. The front desk advised there was a guest fee, which I do not mind paying. However, during my previous two visits with guests, no fee was ever mentioned, so the inconsistency was confusing. Another staff member was called from the back, and she also stated there was a fee. Beyond the fee itself, the overall demeanor and environment have not felt welcoming. Based on the positive feedback and hype from coworkers and friends who attend Sports and Wellness locations, I expected a much friendlier and more professional experience (given the prices we are paying/ discounts or not). The interaction today was disappointing enough that I chose to leave without completing my workout. I wanted to share this feedback because so far my experience has not met expectations. In addition, I was charged for the full month’s membership without my employers discount and have yet to receive a reimbursement after a week.

They screwed up my membership leaving my older son in a separate part of their system due to misspelling his last name, and they claim that I wasn't being billed for him, although the billing reflected he was being billed to me at the restricted rate. I've been a member for a year and a half and he'd been coming in with me three to four times a week without issue. But suddenly they decided they made a mistake, so once they corrected that, they wanted to bill me an extra $50 a month to keep him on the membership. That's not an issue to me, because I told them when I joined that once the promotional rate ended, I would terminate my membership. Nothing personal, it just isn't a value to me at the regular rate. So, I went ahead and cancelled, and their contract says it takes another billing cycle before the membership cancels, so I have another month on my membership. Unfortunately, when I brought my son in the next day, Mikayla told me I couldn't bring my older son in anymore, even though he was always on the membership. Even though I have another month on my membership, they took him off the membership right away. So now, I'm supposed to find another gym for him while I'm paying for another month at this gym. As a business owner, I would never make a client pay for my mistake, whether they were leaving me as a client or not. That's just bad business. Apparently, Mikayla doesn't understand this concept. Hopefully someone with some business knowledge will explain that to her and move her to the back office until she gets retrained on customer service skills. I've returned to other gyms before when the membership made sense based on my situation/location. I won't be returning to this gym again once my membership is up regardless of the situation.

Excellent fitness center with a great overall experience. The gym has a wide range of equipment in good condition and plenty of space for training. Trainers are friendly, experienced, and always ready to assist with proper workout plans. The environment is clean, safe, and motivating. Members are respectful, and the atmosphere encourages consistency. Overall, it’s a perfect place for building fitness habits and staying healthy.
