Ana Miller 8 months agoI absolutely love this gym! The atmosphere is always positive and welcoming, and I really appreciate that it’s open 24 hours a day — it’s perfect for anyone with a busy or unpredictable schedule. You can work out whenever it fits your day, which makes staying consistent so much easier. Everyone here is professional and respectful, and the environment feels motivating without being intimidating. Overall, this gym has everything I need — great staff, great setup, and a great vibe. Highly recommend!
Noah Lopez a month agoGreat gym! 24 hours at this price is hard to beat, equipment is great and the location is convenient and quiet. They have everything you could need and everything is kept very clean. Customer service is also amazing. Highly recommend this gym!
Tory Baca 6 months agoThis gym is an absolute gem. Having 24/7 access is a total game-changer—you can train on your schedule without feeling rushed or limited. No matter what time I come in, the gym is always immaculately clean and well-maintained, which honestly says a lot about how much pride the owners take in this place. The atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and never intimidating. If you’re looking for a clean, accessible, no-nonsense gym with great energy and a strong sense of community, this is it. Highly recommend.
Cash Collected 2 months agoBeen a member for 3+ years and stayed through a lot — a removed harassing trainer, scanner issues that work maybe 60% of the time, and little to no upgrades. The only reason I kept coming and referring people was the community. This last experience changed that. I had a payment issue and couldn’t scan in Sunday. Today I called ahead (I drive 20 minutes each way, 6 days a week) to figure out how to update it so I could still work out. The call started with being ignored for a couple minutes, and when I finally got a response, the tone was clearly annoyed — like I was interrupting. I was told to use the app, which hasn’t worked for me since a previous gym I used. I figured something out on my end and texted asking how I could work out or what the timeframe would be. I waited in the parking lot 5–10 minutes for a response, then left. 20 minutes after that, I get a reply with no clear answer — just a side comment about weights being left on barbells. That’s valid in general, but came off as petty given the conversation & tone prior. If you’re running a business, basic customer support isn’t optional, especially when your own systems don’t work reliably. After years of loyalty, this was a pretty disappointing way to be treated. The community is great, but management and customer experience are falling short. Also pay Caiden more — insane a teenager is running your entire operation for pennies on the dollar. EDIT: To anyone reading this thread: I called in with a question and was spoken to with contempt from the jump. The debt involved a cancellation policy that requires written mail notice — while I was stationed out of state for 7 months. Forgiving a balance I didn't know I owed under a policy I wasn't aware of and still wanted to give you my money to continue membership… isn't the flex you think it is. Weaponizing it in a public response is even more bizarre? The scanner complaints are all over your reviews. That's not on me. I never argued with the re-rack policy. My review was about the tone and context. This response proves my point better than I ever could. (P.S: if elderly can’t lift 45lb plates how are they lifting a 45lb barbell?)
Alex 8 months agoGym is 24 hours which is really nice. Dislike the code reader doesn’t always work which is a weekly occurrence. They make it so hard to cancel your membership making you jump through hoops just to cancel. The main thing that made me leave is the personal trainer there I think his name is Marshall. He is extremely unprofessional and is always talking bad about his normal clients to his bodybuilding clients. He uses foul language, I’ve heard him saying nasty sexual things which made me really uncomfortable as a woman. If he wasn’t there I might have stayed for the convenience of the gym but his toxic masculinity ruined the gym for me. Edit: Anna Miller is Marshall’s spouse so her recent review shouldn’t be taken into consideration. She is only trying to cover up his negative actions. They are friends with the gym owners. Yes and it is a common gym practice that who YOU let personal train at your gym is a representative of who YOU are. Please look at all the negative reviews because obviously the trainers and the owners are the problem and they don’t care to change their toxic attitude.
