The gym was clean and a great intimate size for personal training. The expertise of Joe and his trainers was very clear and excellent. The intro assessment was killer and showed me how much stronger I will become after doing regular work with them.

Great team of pros! It was a mind body connection. They had me convinced that the mind gives up before the body, which had me lasting longer and stronger through the exercises. Excellent way to experience.

Calisthenics can save your life, and this is the only gym in NYC that offers expert training. The owners are kind and beyond supportive, the space is bright, open and well-designed and vibe is overall high. Stop by to find out more, they make everyone welcome.

Limitless NYC and their trainers our top notch. I felt comfortable and cared for from the second I entered. I am not skilled at working out and they made me feel extremely supported and comfortable trying new things. I knew I had an excellent workout the very first time the next day when I was super sore but in the best way. I can’t wait to go back again soon, the Limitless team deserves 10 stars out of 5!!

One of the best personal training experiences I’ve had. Joe knew how to measure my limits and show me how to increase the amount of pulls / dips I could do. In my opinion the monthly membership makes so much sense factoring unlimited training from top tier instructors. Actually cheaper than going to any gym and getting a personal trainer there too.. these guys come from team Sparta the strongest calisthenics team in the world. Unmatched in how they show up and train. If you are in soho I would say this place rivals training at top gyms like dogpound, equinox and crunch.
