Caitlyn Hamm 6 months agoI love this gym my friend brought me here staff was super nice. There’s a sauna and great equipment by far the best gym I’ve been to. Great pump room for both men and women. I like the super clean look the gym has and I will be getting a membership here myself :)
katie singleton 3 months agoUNBIASED HONEST REVIEW AFTER TWO WEEK TRIAL (I don’t personally know anyone from this gym): Five ❤️s. I really enjoy this gym. The staff is always friendly and happy to answer questions. They consistently greet you and say bye bye to you. I have also scored a few compliments on my outfits which always feels nice and encouraging. I provided proof that I was a CLT resident and got the free day pass: EASY process. Membership sign up was simple. You scan in via an app barcode. The gym hours are reasonable. The Cold plunge has a great filtration/cleansing system that stays running non-stop (similar to one you would find at Sauna House). Temp is consistent. I have yet to wait for cold plunge or any equipment. The gym is all around clean. The sauna is beautiful, clean, and massive. The ambience is very aesthetically pleasing. I feel it represents a core of Charlotte culture and it’s awesome to see it brought to life in a fitness atmosphere. I thought I would find it cringy but I absolutely love it to death. The patrons are friendly OR minding their business (either/or it’s positive or neutral). Despite being “influencer friendly”, I’ve never seen anyone taking up space just toying on their phones. Even the social media fitness types seem rather chill and doing their own thing. None of it has impeded on my training. I enjoy that the gym has a bit of a higher temp. In any gyms I’ve trained in with a good room temp, it helps you stay in a higher zone during your training and break a sweat. It’s my favorite gym I have found in the Charlotte area. You get what you pay for with gyms and I do believe the monetary trade is beyond fair given the quality experience. I arguably dropped around the same amount to wait in line at the YMCA for the dumbbells… as a lady, I feel safe and I find that higher paying gym goers tend to appreciate and navigate a gym with more awareness and mutual acknowledgement/intention/respect. This rings true here. If you can’t rationalize it, go train in a Planet Fitness for a week and maybe you’ll see what I am saying. Anyways, yeah. I gave it a week or so before I wrote my review to let the gym grow on me. I initially felt a bit like a fish out of water due to new equipment I had not seen before. Worth being brave and exploring the machine inventory here. I found myself to be frequently baffled by how quality the new gym stuff is. Worth the $32 day pass given you’d drop $50 at any sauna house for the cold plunge and infrared sauna readily available. 10/10. Couldn’t relate with any negative reviews I saw. As someone who has worked at a Golds gym: any gym asks a 30 day cancellation policy and requests the disclosure forms be signed for said things. Read and respect your fine prints when making agreements to any establishments and you’ll likely refrain from being one of the people who smear a local business based on the fact that, again, they didn’t read their disclosure agreements. All in all, I find this place to be an oasis and the environment very inspiring for any fitness nerds.
Shane Colyer 2 years agoI absolutely love this place and all they stand for, it's the most exotic, unique gym experience I've ever had. It's very overwhelming walking into a gym with so many huge good looking people but within 5 minutes you realize you can talk to anyone about anything and the employees are there for you when you need them. I gave this place. 5 stars only because I can't go any higher! Absolutely rush just walking in the door.
Matthew Addison 2 months agoGreat gym for just about anyone. Everyone is friendly and welcoming no matter your fitness level. Awesome vibe with the lighting and music.
Tim Burns 3 months agoInfluencer gym plain and simple. Way too small and always packed, like genuinely overcrowded for what you're paying. Never enough equipment to go around, not enough cardio machines like treadmills and ellipticals either, and the parking situation is horrible. Way too few spots and you never get parking.
