This gym is easily the best gym in Uptown Charlotte. The classes are great- lead by knowledgeable friendly instructors, the sauna is such a bonus and you never have to wait for equipment. The complimentary towel service is really appreciated. I’ve never been to such a clean gym! It really gives a luxury vibe. I’ve been going here for a few years and have never had any problems. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new gym!

Ricky Porter is an exceptional front desk associate. From the moment you walk in, he is welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. What really sets Ricky apart is his strong knowledge of the gym, equipment, and training options. He takes the time to explain workouts, answer questions clearly, and point members in the right direction based on their goals and experience level. Ricky creates a positive first impression for the gym and consistently goes above and beyond to make members feel comfortable and supported. His customer service, combined with his fitness knowledge, adds real value to the overall gym experience. Highly recommend recognizing him for his excellent work.

This is the best equipped gym in the city, it happens to be connected to the hotel where I'm staying, so it's super convenient. It's very clean, very well maintained, and very well designed, the staff are pretty much invisible and nobody bothers you while you exercise, the music is good, the equipment is clean and works properly, everything is basically brand new, they have every machine you might need. Everything is in very good order and basically brand new. They have a sport court a basketball court dry sauna, very clean showers, and best of all, they have a nice locker room with guest lockers, you don't even need to bring a lock, and the best part of all, the icing on the cake, they have towel service.

Great place to work out! The gym has a wide variety of machines and weights, locker rooms are always clean, and great to have full basketball and pickleball courts. Staff is always amazing, helpful, and friendly!

This gym is unreal! If you’re staying at the Omni, you get full access to this gym. This gym has everything you could ever want for a full week of workouts. It’s also extremely clean! Staff is amazing and Vickie at the front desk is a peach!
