She is very professional and knowledgeable, yet has a warm personality that makes you feel comfortable right away — like you’ve known her for years. She keeps me accountable, challenges me in all the right ways, and motivates me to keep improving. Her communication is clear and consistent, and she truly listens to what I want to achieve. Every session feels positive, focused, and encouraging. I’ve noticed real progress and feel stronger and more confident since working with her. I highly recommend Sugeiry to anyone looking for a supportive and results-driven trainer.

My name is Christopher, and I joined the Body Transformation Club about a month ago. When I first signed up, I was at 260 pounds and honestly felt like I had tried everything with little consistency or long-term success. Joining Body Transformation Club has made a huge difference in my life not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. I feel stronger, more confident, and more present, especially in my marriage. I didn’t expect a fitness program to impact my relationship, but as I started taking better care of myself, it naturally carried over.
