United Strength is an incredibly clean, upscale gym that honestly feels more like a private training facility than a typical commercial gym. The equipment is top-tier, everything is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is just different in a good way. What really sets it apart, though, is the community. Everyone there is focused, respectful, and supportive, which makes it a great environment to train at. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym that feels more personal and elevated than the standard options.

I can’t recommend United Strength enough. I’ve been here since day one and can’t imagine going anywhere else. The equipment is great and the trainers are even better. Jenna, Jason, Logan, Ben, and Kara are outstanding. They all have their own style but all clearly explain the workout and goals, show the technique, and motivate you when you need it. I always feel pushed by them, and my fitness class mates, to push myself and get stronger. There are fitness classes at convenient times and they are great. Let’s talk bathrooms. They are very clean, well stocked, and smell good. If you gotta take a shower after your workout before you head to work or out on a date, they got you. The owner, Todd, has created a great place for people to get stronger and better and come together with like-minded people. The fitness family at United Strength is the best and you’ll push each other to get stronger. Do yourself a favor if you’re looking for a great place to workout, come check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

I moved to Columbus last Spring, and a good friend recommended this gym. I've always been skeptical of gyms and gym culture, but I did a few trial training sessions. Little did I know how transformative it would be for me. I've always struggled with lack of strength, likely from lack of trying - but Todd and his team genuinely care about your success toward health goals. They aren't pushy, and the community at this place is pretty incredible. It's low stakes high reward, and am glad I joined - it's changed my life for the better. Highly recommend!

Best gym in Columbus!! This new space is convienently located right downtown near CState and has parking behind the building. United has everything you need: personal training, amazing classes and open gym memberships. The biggest draw for me is the community, everyone knows each other and it truly feels like a gym family. Would highly recommend!!

United strength is a great gym. Trainers are very personal and knowledgeable in their profession. I’ve been to several classes and they are always willing to modify or adjust an exercise to work for you which is nice you don’t feel like you’re competing with other people everybody is doing their best and they make you feel very comfortable. The gym wonderful place to workout and I will highly recommend you check it out.
