This gym is fantastic for staying fit and motivated. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a wide variety of equipment for all kinds of workouts. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to offer guidance. The positive and energetic environment makes exercising enjoyable and helps me stay consistent with my fitness routine. 💪

The fitness court at Claremore Lake Park is a really nice little gym in a relaxed outdoor setting. All the exercises use body weight only, but they've designed it so each part of the circuit has exercises to accommodate all skill levels. So as your strength progresses, you change the technique instead of a weight stack. Pretty clever, and the whole thing is an open source project funded by private sponsorships. The one area for improvement is based on Oklahomas scorching hot summertime temperatures. This place could really benefit from some shade. There are plenty of trees nearby, but none are close enough. After much consternation, I am giving it 5 stars in spite of this glaring oversight in an otherwise clever execution of a design. So perhaps I'm not to be trusted, giving a perfect score to an imperfect place. Food for thought I suppose, but other than that it is part of a pretty remarkable project that sits within a pretty remarkable park. Check it out.

As it gets hot you may want gloves it can get hot for some and bring ur own water. Great place tho and very clean
