I have truly enjoyed every experience I've had at Hotworx Frankfort & 3rd. I've been fortunate enough to train with Josiah, the owner, and his guidance has greatly improved my strength and mobility. I started here about a year and a half ago, and since then I've lost 62 pounds...and counting. I'm excited to see what goals I'll accomplish next. One of the things I appreciate most about this gym is how welcoming and supportive it is. As a woman, I've always felt comfortable, encouraged, and at home here. The staff is kind, the facilities are clean, and the atmosphere is positive and motivating. If you're looking for a gym that feels like a second home, Hotworx Frankfort & 3rd may be exactly what you're looking for!

I didn't understand what this place was at first glance but I'm glad I went. It's video workout in a personal sauna basically. I did the hot Pilates class which was hard but not crazy hard. It was gentle movement and holds and you get a good sweat on. Everyone I met there was super nice and accommodating! Would recommend checking it out!

Just tried one of their free classes, and it was awesome! Better than I anticipated honestly. Hadley was our guide and she was amazing. Very informative, bubbly, and upbeat. I don’t think I left with any questions. I will definitely be returning :)

McKenzy absolutely killed the tour and explaining the process to me! She balanced several people at the front desk at a time with charm, professionalism, and a great attitude. She was so happy to help with getting the sauna temp set, explaining the workouts, answering all my questions, and helping me with the app. She made my first time welcoming and enjoyable! I will be back!!!

HOTWORX has been a game changer. The free 3D sauna session had me sweating like crazy, feeling recharged, loose, and energized afterward. Super clean facility, great atmosphere, and the staff was welcoming from the second I walked in. Perfect combo of recovery, cardio, and mental reset. Definitely recommend checking it out.
