Moved Close to this gym and I’ve been a member for the past 6 months. Looking back I’d say I regret signing on but oh well I’m stuck in this contract. A big reason to that is the gyms maintenance. Constantly racks and benches are left around which is normal public gym affair but what do we have staff for if they don’t make the gym presentable, genuinely what are they there for besides spraying down some equipment or not answering the phone. The reason I write this review is because it’s April and I had to pay an upkeep fee but the gym looks like TRASH. The equipment is old for example the assisted dip machine bench cant close because it’s so rusty, that’s a simple fix yet it’s been like that since I started working out here. The water filter stays at a yellow. Also 27 bucks every two weeks for something that’s essentially planet fitness with free weights just isn’t worth it for me. I don’t recommend signing onto this club. Maybe I’ll try another location and see if it helps but this specific one is not worth the money. Please let me out my damn contract, if not then December can’t come close enough

This gym is NOT a great gym at all. I think this location should either reconstruct or shut down. I understand that the staff/managers are "nice", but honestly, most of the time they aren't even at the gym to help us with anything. So yeah..they are nice, but at what cost? No one ever answers the phone or emails. The gym is barely clean most days, toilet paper always gone, and wipes can be empty. A gym is supposed to be professional and be on top of these important things, especially if they "care" about our health and fitness..the machines are always dusty and dirty. The workout matt's are a DISGRACE! It honestly makes me feel uncomfortable. The soap is always running out. The showers/floors are definitely not clean. We should get our money's worth, and if you want to save yours, do NOT sign up here because you will be stuck in their contract forever. I just wish this company would listen, because it truly makes me upset that I can't even be LITTLE satisfied. It's truly depressing and I regret signing up for this gym!!!!!!!!!!!!

Positive: This gym is spacious and offers a large variety of machines. Machines are older but work smoothly. Large shower but is there only one? (!). Large windows offering plenty of natural light. To be improved : - it's WAY too warm in there. It was 74-75 and I was sweating like a pig after 10 min of treadmill. - Treadmills are older and need to be cleaned. There were full of dust and sweat drops. -carpet needs to go. Even though it seemed clean and not too old it's not ideal when you want to keep a gym clean and people are dripping sweat. 🤦 -garbage in front of the emergency exit is a BIG BIG NO- NO! ☠️ ⛔⛔ -Make sure disinfecting wipes dispensers are filled. Compared with newer gyms in Canada it needs a lot of love. 🙄😬🥴

If you even remotely care about having a positive gym experience you won’t find it here. Machines are constantly not working (5 treadmills in the gym and 3 have not been working for almost 3 months). Cleanliness is not kept up with to the standard that a reputable gym should. Even entry door scanners break and can limit gym access. For the price avoid unless you have no other option.

I've been a member here for about 3 months. It's a small gym but big enough to do what you need to do. The location is nicely designed. The single-person restrooms, with showers, are very convenient. Instead of lockers they have shelves, which I always feel comfortable putting stuff in since there are cameras everywhere. They also have small combination safes if you have something very valuable with you. As far as the gym equipment, everything is in good working condition. I usually don't have to wait for anything. There are two power racks which is nice. They have all the standard equipment you would expect at a gym. Really nice gym overall.
