It’s a great company. I’ve been training at various locations for years, and this facility is very well-equipped; however, the staff needs more training on keeping the place clean and respecting everyone—regardless of skin color or appearance. You shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

Quick question If someone meets the age requirement for the high school pass but graduated last year and no longer has a student ID, can they still work out there? I’m 19, and when I went in, I was asked for a student ID, but I don’t have one because I graduated last year.

I’ve been a member of this gym for years, and it’s truly bittersweet to be writing this as I’m only leaving to start using the gym at my work office. This place has been fantastic from day one. The facilities are always clean and well maintained, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Management is especially friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. A special shout‑out to Ashley and Andre! Thank you both for your professionalism, positivity, and the energy you bring every day. You’ve made this gym feel like more than just a place to work out. I’m grateful for the years I spent here and would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, supportive, and well‑run fitness environment.

Left my wallet and hoodie in a locker before I left the city for spring break and the staff held it for me for almost a month and gave them both back untouched! Great staff! The gym itself is pretty clean and there’s enough equipment to go around. W gym

Located in the financial district, this gym can be a bit tricky to find. The address is clear, but the entrance isn't well marked—it's on the second floor of a corporate high-rise, so look for the Citizens Bank ATM. The layout feels a bit unusual, likely due to space constraints, but they've managed to fit in a good selection of equipment. I was able to find everything I needed, and the street views from several spots are a nice bonus for people-watching. All the equipment is in good shape, clean, and features personal entertainment systems. The members were all polite, and the front desk staff, Dennis and Maya, were both incredibly helpful and friendly. The showers are large, though you'll need to bring your own soap. Lockers require you to bring a lock, but they are available for purchase. A nice feature: the lockers in the main area have USB-A ports for charging your phone while you work out. On a final note, I hope the brand will eventually add stand-alone squat racks, barbells, and heavier dumbbells and kettlebells. But for most people (and for me most of the time), the current setup is more than workable.
