The equipment is clean and there’s a good variety of it and the night shift staff is very friendly and easy to work with. My issue is with the afternoon shift shutting off the lights 15 minutes before closing and immediately bringing out the loud vacuums. Seems like a passive aggressive way to get people to leave early. And when I’m mid set and all the lights suddenly shut off it puts me at risk of injuring myself.

The gym itself is very clean and well-maintained, and I’ve been happy with the facility overall. However, my experiences with the staff have been disappointing. There have been multiple comments made toward me that made me feel uncomfortable while working out. I simply expect a professional and respectful environment where staff focus on their responsibilities and treat members courteously. Do your job.

Super comfy gym. Great equipment. The manager Terrance is always extremely friendly and helpful and always makes sure everyone has everything they need. He goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and has created the best vibe at this gym. 10/10 planet fitness

I have visited a few of the downtown Planet franchises over the years, but today was my first time at this one. I found it much cleaner, including less weed smoke in the locker room/bathroom area. Equipment is standard planet fair, but it appears to have more cardio equipment than anything else. I'd have no problem coming back.

THEY NEVER ACTUALLY OPEN AT 5AM MONDAY! Edit: two times now I have attempted to come here on Monday morning and the same thing has happened. I would love to know HOW to actually contact the club manager, as PFs reply suggests. Showed up on Monday morning about 3-5 minutes after opening time (5am). Lights were on, doors were locked. Several other people were also waiting outside the doors. By 5:10 people began sitting on the floor to wait or immediately rolling their eyes and leaving when they saw it was locked—made me wonder if this is a regular occurrence here..? By 5:30am still no sign of any employees inside. Gym completely inaccessible. About 7-10 people came, waited a bit, and left. I wouldn’t rely on this location if you’re sticking to a Monday morning schedule.
