⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely love Legacy Gym! Legacy is hands-down one of the best gyms I’ve ever trained at. The full open gym has everything you could possibly want—top-notch equipment, plenty of space, and no waiting around to get your workout in. Whether you’re lifting heavy or mixing things up, it’s all there and incredibly well maintained. The circuit gym class deserves special praise. It’s a true full-body workout that’s challenging, efficient, and keeps things fresh every session. You leave feeling accomplished and absolutely worked in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to Coach Dana—her energy, support, and professionalism truly make Legacy stand out. You can tell they genuinely care about the members and the community they’re building. And lastly… the sauna is my favorite amenity. It’s the perfect way to recover, relax, and reset after a hard workout. Honestly, it takes the entire experience to another level. If you’re looking for a gym that combines top-tier equipment, great programming, and an amazing atmosphere, Legacy is the place. Highly recommend! 💪🔥

Best Gym Experience in My Life!💪🏾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have been going to Legacy for about a full month 3 times a week and it has changed my relationship with the gym entirely. I realized I knew how to “workout” but I don’t know how to truly Train! I love the fact that I come in a there is a workout of the day, and all the Coaches are passionate an willing to help. Everything about this place is quality. I personally love the free gym time because of the state of the art equipment and I never feel rushed or over crowded, the gym feels like it’s mine. lol I also enjoy having the coworking space, it allows me to ease into my task, take meetings, an check emails before work so I don’t have to rush out adding unnecessary stress to my mornings. Overall legacy has provided a premium experience not just for my fitness journey but improving my lifestyle holistically. When I add legacy to my morning routine the day is always A1! 🙌🏾🔥 Bonus points 🔥 the playlist are always fire! No headphones needed.

Legacy and Coach Von are the best. I’ve taken his partner P.I.T. class and done open gym. The staff is all very kind and you can tell this is a premium facility, the sauna+cold plunge area in the locker rooms feels like a luxury spa. Highly recommend

I have been taking group fitness classes here and I love it ! The instructor Dana is amazing and gives me great modifications during my pregnancy and the equipment is elite. It’s always so clean too!!

By far the best gym I have joined since moving to Nashville, and I have been a member at some of the most popular ones in town. The facilities are super clean and cleaned regularly, which I can't say for other "luxury" gyms in the area. Staff is also extremely friendly (Shoutout to Dana), and the equipment, sauna, and cold plunge are top-of-the-line.
